My Story
Hey Y’all!
My name is Raegan (aka SugarRae) and I am so thrilled that you’ve found my site. I am a Florida native but have made my way out to South Eastern North Carolina. After graduating from Culinary School, I worked in fine dining, hotels and catering throughout my career. Living most of my life on the coast has allowed me to hone in on the food, colors and flavors that you would find in a coastal environment.
I specialize in Mediterranean, Italian, Southern, German and Swedish cuisines.
I am also a trained Pastry Chef and make breads, desserts, cakes, and pastries all from scratch.
